So files from the software such as SolidWorks, Pro/ENGINEER, Creo, NX, CATIA etc. The technology working behind the scenes is termed as “ An圜AD”, which basically is like a translator, but still maintains the live connectivity with the native CAD program (don’t ask me how, it is an Autodesk trade secret). So what’s the Technology behind the Scenes? I am calling it “Putting the MAGIC back into Design”. So if the model is changed in the native program, the model in Inventor can be updated as well.
